Right after birth
Katya was born on April 13 at 11:13 AM in Los Angeles. She weighted 3kg 650g (8lb 0.6oz) at birth and was 51 cm long. She scored 9 (out of 10) on APGAR test one minute after birth and another 9 five minutes after birth.

NICU
Maria had a slight fever during labor and Katya spent two days in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for observation. She was fine!

Family Centered Care
After NICU made sure she was fine, they released Katya to the Family Centered Care where Maria was recovering.
